“I bridge energy advocacy, humanitarian work, and business consulting to drive sustainable change across Africa and the Caribbean.” - Lady B Bless
If the topic is energy poverty, I'm going to always be a part of the conversation. How in the world are we going to fight poverty if we can't even turn on the light?
I'm a LOUD advocate for SDG 7, Clean & Affordable Energy, which aims to ensure access to reliable, sustainable, affordable, and modern energy for all.
This includes expanding access to electricity and clean cooking fuels, increasing the share of renewable energy sources, and enhancing energy efficiency.
The goal recognizes the importance of energy for economic development, social progress, and environmental sustainability.
Energy shouldn’t be a side topic, it should be the root. Without energy, education, healthcare, gender equality, and even clean water and sanitation, are affected, so energy should always be a part of the conversation when it comes to eradicating poverty.
