The UM Wellbeing Movement is there for everyones wellbeing at Maastricht University!
♥️We annually organise the Wellbeing Week in the fall, but in the spring we also have the Spring Wellbeing Days.
♥️We have the Wellbeing Wednesdays approximately once a month, where there is one wellbeing activity or two on the Wednesdays
♥️We have Wellbeing series: e.g. the last one was a series of Yin Yoga; four weeks in a row you had the possibility of signing up for a free lesson of Yin Yoga at UM Sports. We are planning to do this series again in February 2024:)) it was a big succes💮

And you can always make an appointment with an UM psychologist, they will get in touch with you within a week.
