Free Korean Dogs is a Toronto based non-profit charity organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption of South Korea's dog meat trade victims while championing education and awareness on the subject matter.
Since our founding in 2015, we have shut down 3 dog meat farms, collaborated with local Korean partners to save over 500 Dogs from the meat trade and other at risk circumstances, and currently provide sanctuary for over 100 dog meat trade rescues who are not yet ready for adoption.
As of December 2023, we have found forever homes for over 1500 dogs who are now happily living in cities in and surrounding Toronto, Vancouver, Seattle, Portland, and Los Angeles.
