تأسس ملتقى التأثير المدني عام 2012. هو مجموعة ضغط لا تبغي الربح، وغير حزبية، أطلقتها مجموعة من مواطنات ومواطنين لبنانيين يجمعهم الشغف والاندفاع نحو اعتماد معايير الحوكمة الرشيدة سبيلا لخلق لبنان جديد.
