Raphaz Foundation Uganda is a registered community based organisation located in Budyebo Constituency, Nakasongola District-Uganda, with the aim of improving the general standards of the underserved and vulnerable population through community-based involvement and empowerment programs health, education, social and economic development in Budyebo County, Nakasongola District-Uganda.
