Our vision as a team is multifold and every member is relentlessly working towards it striving to give our cent percent. Apart from our academic activities we focus on issues related to girl child motivate every member to take active role and collaborate with local organizations in showcasing the impact of our projects on the society at large. We work to empower adolescent girls on challenges they face, create awareness among them on issues like female feticide, abuse, and neglect of child rights. As part of our development, we address issues specifically related to women pediatrician’s legal problems, managing work-life balance, career growth, academic upgradation, and participation in various national and regional medical/academic forums. Our vision is to enhance and encourage representation of women pediatricians in various panels and groups which decide on girl children adolescent related issues. Our frequent meetings and participation in forum activities will develop camaraderie and our strong presence in the lead role in the medical fraternity at large. We aim to ensure best outcome of our work for the community through enhancing community engagement by positively influencing public perception about our pediatric fraternity. We need to identify the pressing needs and concerns of the communities and devise projects to address their needs and concerns showcasing our commitment in making a meaningful impact on the community.
As women pediatrician need to act as facilitator for important conversations related to community-based health issues of children, engage as a forum in environmentally sustainable projects that contribute to the community's well-being and demonstrate a commitment to environment aligning with contemporary community values.
