یہ صرف ایک دینی ادارہ نہیں، بلکہ 1857ء کی جنگ آزادی کی ناکامی کے بعد، جب ہمارا سب کچھ تباہ ہو چکا تھا، چند بزرگوں نے امت کی عظمت رفتہ کی بحالی کے سفر کا آغاز دیوبند سے کیا۔ آج، ڈیڑھ سو سال بعد، دیوبند پوری دنیا میں اسلامی تعلیمات کے احیاء کا مرکز بن چکا ہے۔ دنیا کے ہر گوشے میں دیوبند سے فیض یافتہ افراد اسلامی تعلیمات کی خدمت کر رہے ہیں، اور ہم سب فخر سے اس عظیم نام کے تحت اپنا تعارف پیش کرتے ہیں۔

*What is Darul Uloom Deoband?*
It is not just a religious center and educational institution. After the failure of the 1857 War of Independence, when the British colonialists destroyed everything we had, and no national institution remained, a few pious elders started the journey to restore the lost glory of the Muslim Ummah from zero. This zero point is named Deoband, from where the new journey began. Today, after one and a half centuries, Deoband has become a symbol of the restoration of the Muslim Ummah's lost glory worldwide. There is no corner of the world where a direct or indirect beneficiary of Deoband is not serving Islamic teachings. Today, we proudly introduce ourselves to the world under the name of Deoband.
