Prof. Arthur Peter Mutharika 🇲🇼 Official WhatsApp Channel. Fondly known as APM, Prof. Mutharika is the former President of the Republic of Malawi and current President for the Democratic Progressive Party DPP. He is a Professor of International Comparative Law, and a 2008 International Jurist Award recipient. Mutharika obtained his LLB Law Degree from University of London in 1965, He then received his LLM and J.S.D. degrees from Yale University in 1966 and 1969 respectively.
