PEPPS Community WhatsApp Group Guidelines:
1. Purpose of the Group: This group is intended for the sharing of official school announcements, updates, and important information related to school activities.
2. Admin Responsibilities: Admins will moderate the group, post official messages, and manage group settings. Admins are not available for individual queries or issues unrelated to group announcements. Admins are to maintain a respectful tone in all messages. Admins will limit messages to essentials only.
3. Appropriate Usage: Admins will use the group only for its intended purpose. Admins will avoid sharing personal opinions, jokes, forwards, or off-topic messages.
4. Private Queries: For personal concerns or detailed queries, contact the school office or relevant staff directly. The school’s chain of communication is attached for this purpose. Any message sent to the Group Admin will receive an automated reply that refers to the chain of communication.
5. Sensitive Information: All users of the group are not to share or forward sensitive school-related information outside the group.
