Welcome to '20 Seconds of Silence'
One of humanity's greatest challenges has always been understanding what is true and what is not. In today’s world, amidst constant noise and overwhelming stimuli, this challenge has only grown. As Neil deGrasse Tyson said:
"One of the big challenges of this time is to know enough about a subject to think you are right, but not enough about it to know you are wrong."
This applies not only to what we think we know about the world but also to what we believe we know about ourselves. Growing up, I often heard the phrase: 'You need to know yourself.' But what does that truly mean?
With '20 Seconds of Silence,' I want to explore this question. My goal is to cut through the noise with daily reflections on the words we use to define and judge reality, ourselves, and others. These reflections are an invitation to question our perceptions, reconnect with our true selves, and rediscover the potential we all share.
If you’re also searching for deeper answers and believe there’s more to life, I’d love to have you join this journey. Let’s create a space for shared reflections, where we can all ask together: 'What’s on our minds?'
