Training Modules:
Wk 1 Strength Endurance
Wk 2 Speed & Agility Endurance
Cardio Stamina Management
Wk 3 Short and Long range passing
Short and long range kicks (Penalty & Corner Kicks)
Shooting Prowess (Free Kicks)
Wk 4 Dribbling 1V1
• Training days on Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday
• 12 Sessions per month for 1 hour per day
• Football training course lasts for 36 sessions.
• Last day of each week match every Saturday
Note: Referrals for each player is a discount for the following month of 50 AED. Beyond 3 player referrals 1 extra free training session.
