Muwoya Wekhoola David is an Educationist and Author. He is a University Lecturer with vast experience as a classroom Teacher, Headteacher, Inspector of Schools and District Inspector of Schools.
He also served as the Minister of Education and Scholarships in Inzu Ya Masaaba, a cultural institution of the Bamasaaba of Eastern Uganda (in the districts of Bulambuli, Sironko, Mbale, Manafwa, Namisindwa and Bududa), Western Kenya and the diaspora.
