So he started BuddsBuddy, a brand under First Care India Pvt Ltd that offers a range of safe and affordable all-natural products — from weaning to soothing to hygiene to play and to breastfeeding — for babies and mothers.
BuddsBuddy products and services are available on more than 30 online portals and are also distributed across India, South Africa, Mexico, and Indonesia. The Hyderabad-based business has won awards for safety and innovation of their products.
BuddsBuddy uses the WhatsApp Business app primarily for customer relationship management. They resolve queries related to usage, side effects, and delivery of baby care products. The features they find most useful which have helped them resolve customer complaints faster are quick replies, business profile, document sharing, labels, and greeting and away messages.
Since using the app, the company has grown in many ways – from 1,500-2,000 retail stores in only a few parts of India to now having 7,000-8,000 retail stores all over the country as well as selling globally to Mexico, Brazil, and South Africa.
